I can’t help it. Keeping myself healthy and fit is clearly an obsession of mine. This is the kind of obsession that I want to share with you here. So welcome to my website.
I’m a fairly obnoxious twenty something girl. Two years ago, I found myself struggling to fit into huge sizes of clothes. I just couldn’t get into them.
I had always been on the chubby side growing up but I never expected to be really huge as I entered my twenties. Well, my expectations were shattered because on the onset of my twentieth birthday, I was huge. I had to do something about it aside from sulking.
Just like any dark side, there was a bright side. My obsession with healthy foods was born. I refuse to say that I went on a rigid diet to lose weight because I didn’t.
I never felt that I was on a rigid diet because slowly, I hunted for the healthiest recipes that could help me lose weight. I also did a couple of exercise that got me to tone my body. However, I concentrated on a diet that really got me to change my eating habits. To this day, I am still on it and that’s why I am able to maintain my weight loss.
