    I don’t think a low carb diet is recommended especially if you really want to keep the weight off. You can never stay away from carbs for a long time. Your body needs carbs. Nonetheless, the traditional and vegetarian menus of Diettogo are highly recommended.

    Dieting is easy with Diettogo. Even if I am on a restricted calorie intake (which doesn’t really sound too appetizing), I still get to eat good food. My meals are complete with carbs and fresh veggies.I never expected this from a meal delivery service, not even from one that’s for weight loss.
